Ronnie Turiaf will sign a two-year, $3.2 million contract with the Minnesota Timberwolves, according to his agent Mark Bartelstein. This news was first reported by NBA.com‘s David Aldridge. The deal has no option next summer, team nor player. The 30-year old Turiaf obviously wants to go somewhere he can crack the rotation after scarce minutes with the Clippers last season.   In a separate move, Minnesota also agreed to send point guard Luke Ridnour to the Milwaukee Bucks for future draft considerations (as was rumored for days). It was part of a bigger deal which allowed Minnesota to acquire Kevin Martin from OKC. This is Luke’s second stint in Milwaukee. The T-Wolves have enough lead-guard play with Ricky Rubio, Alexey Shved, and J.J. Barea. However, J.J. may also be traded before too long.
